Our little Polynesian hide-a-way is a dream come true for travelers of ALL AGES and ALL BUDGETS!
We feel SO LUCKY to own this property, and we are thrilled to be able to share our home with you. It's truly a very special place, and we know you will feel the "Aloha Spirit" as soon as you walk through the door. We have left it for you, as WE would want to find it. So you'll have everything you'll need for a wonderful stay on Maui, whether you plan to stay a few days, a week, a month or more.
This is definitely NOT your "typical" vacation rental unit.
Since this is our second home, we take great pride in ALL the details of your stay. We offer you personalized attention that you cannot get from ANY company. From our first emails, to our welcoming Aloha Packet, and finally, a follow-up card after your stay ~ We hope by the time you walk through our door, you will KNOW that your vacation is important to us, and that you are valued as our guests. We want to share our home with warm Aloha, and welcome new friends.
Our condo is on the second floor, of a 3-story low rise property. With the 'low-rise' design, it's only about 5 steps to our front door. KULEANA 713 is conveniently located just a few minutes north of Lahaina Town. We are about mid-way between KAANAPALI and KAPALUA, home of World Class Resorts, and the pristine beaches of Kaanapali, Kahana, Napili and Kapalua. Because of our location, we are also located near several of Maui's Five-Star Championship Golf Courses, including the renowned courses at KAANAPALI and KAPALUA.
We sit nestled in a cove-like atmosphere, at the water's edge, and our unit is as close to the water as ANY you'll find on Maui. Our property has Award Winning grounds, that are always manicured to perfection. You'll find tropical flowers, swaying palm trees, and lush Island vegetation all around you. Our Tiki Torches are lit at sunset, and the smell of Plumerias fill the air. Our property has one of the LARGEST heated swimming pools on the West Side, as well as newly re-surfaced Tennis Courts. We also have 4 new stainless grills by the water's edge. :-)
We KNOW there are 1000's of units out there, and the decision is hard and confusing! SO WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO LOOK AROUND AND COMPARE! Don't be fooled by what some folks call "Oceanview" or even what some boast as "Oceanfront". Because as with everything in life, not all Oceanfront units are alike.
KULEANA 713 is a TRUE DIRECT OCEANFRONT UNIT, with the Islands of Lanai and Molokai on the horizon, as your own private backyard. THE SUNSETS HERE ARE JUST SPECTACULAR. Watching the sun slowly set between the islands of Lanai and Molokai is a picture perfect, REAL LIFE POSTCARD, dream come true for all.
As the old saying goes ... "A picture is worth 1000 words" ~ But photos just cannot capture the enchantment of Maui OR this property. I think it's something that you feel. If you stay with us once, we know you'll be back. It's a wonderful place that you'll never forget.

HIGH SEASON is DEC 15th - May 14th, annually. LOW SEASON is from May 15th - December 14th, annually. High Season: $130.00 per night. LOW SEASON: $115.00 per night. All bookings subject to 11.42% Hawaii State Tax.
ALWAYS a $99.00 SPECIAL on LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS! Yes, ANY night, ANY Season, you can have it for $99.00 per night if the unit is still available within 7 days of arrival.
We also offer a 10% discount on stays of 28-nights or longer.
And if your travel dates are FLEXIBLE, we may also be able to offer 10% off on certain stays to fill our "gaps"!

And yes, LESS THAN 7 NIGHTS are available when possible, by simply paying the additional $75.00 cleaning fee.
