Made in the Shade is perfect for all kinds of vacationers! For everyone from nature lovers and golf lovers to professional shoppers- its all right at your door! Only 100 steps away from a beach rated among one of the world's most beautiful, our comfortable, clean, cozy, and quiet townhouse also overlooks serene Camp Creek Golf Course, professionally designed by Tom Fazio. It features an 18-mile bicycle and walking path that follows the spectacular coastline along SR 30-A through all of the beautiful beaches of South Walton County with its unique coastal dune lakes and amazingly beautiful sunsets! Seacrest Beach is NOT crowded and is perfect for couples and families who just want to GET AWAY and enjoy some peace and quiet in a natural beach paradise! Yet only about 11 miles east is Panama City Beach with its amusement parks, deep-sea fishing boats, motorcycle rentals, shopping, and restaurants or if you prefer, Destin, is about 30 miles west. Seagrove and Seaside are only about three miles west with lots more fun and unique shopping and restaurants! There are great little shops and restaurants all around the immediate area but not right at your door or window! No high rises only small 3-4 story luxury condos and private homes across from you on the Gulf. If getting back to nature is your thing, there are two pristine, freshwater springs about 40 miles north. There's Ponce de Leon Springs State Park or privately-owned Morrison Springs. Both places have BBQ grills and picnic areas with plenty of shade if you need a break from the sun for a day or two. Besides gorgeous natural scenery- live oaks, cedar knees, spanish moss and crystal clear water, there's also great swimming, snorkeling, diving, and lots of friendly people! There are even inner tube rentals at Morrison Springs for just floating around. For cooking out at the beach, Grayton Beach State Park is only about ten minutes away also with covered picnic shelters and BBQ grills. Nature hiking's also only minutes away at Deer Park. If you just don't want to drive anywhere Made in the Shade is perfect as well because one of the most beautiful beaches in the world is only steps away! There's an outdoor shower for your comfort along our wooden beach walkway over to the beach. Made in the Shade features a very open living and dining area with full kitchen and open bar downstairs. It also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Both upstairs bedrooms are spacious and have private full baths, with a half bath located downstairs. It also has very comfortable beds, with a queen-size bed in one of the upstairs bedrooms which also features a private balcony overlooking quiet Camp Creek golf course and a double vanity bath as well. In the other bedroom's a king-size bed that can easily be divided in to twins if needed. This bedroom faces the Gulf, with a limited view of the Gulf, but is close enough even to hear! Made in the Shade also features a private, covered fenced in patio off the living area that also faces the golf course with dining furniture and BBQ grill. Made in the Shade is a wonderful beach vacation getaway in a spectacular and quiet location!
