We are constantly upgrading our condo and replacing worn and damaged items. We have Air Conditioning, Wireless & DSL Internet, a $2,600 "Sleep Numbers" King Bed (individually adjusts firmness or softness on each side), Queen Sleeper Sofa, Twin beds (can push together for second king)and a new “Safety First” Crib. A Safe for Valuables. There are 2 wall-mounted hair dryers, New Towels, New Sheets, New Rugs, Children’s Games, Sand Toys, Movies (DVD& VHS)an Umbrella, Mats, Boogie Boards, Ice Chests, and Beach Chairs and Towels.
A “Double” Lanai, swim or snorkel right in front. 180-degree views of entire South Maui Coast on four miles of “private” white sands beach. There are Six Ceiling Fans, Three Cable TVs, DVD & VHS players,CD stereo system, Phone (free local calls), Answering machine and Glass dining table with seating for six.
Full Size Kitchen includes Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Side-by-side Fridge, Icemaker, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Blender, Dishes, Utensils, Cookware and more. Convenient Washer and Dryer. We have an Ironing board & Iron, Linens, Paperbacks, Guide and Activity Books.

With so many Maui condos for you to choose from, this is my one chance to tell you what I think sets mine apart from the others.
Maybe my 1,050 sq.ft., Direct Beachfront, Ground Floor, Corner Condo could be what you're looking for.
There aren't many condos this close to the beach, where you can swim or snorkel right in front of them. And you won’t find many where you can sit on the lanai and watch Humpback Whales leap out of the ocean during their winter migration to Maalaea Bay. When you walk in and see the view of the ocean from the living room, you will be delighted. When you go outside through the sliding glass door to the large ground floor lanai, the spectacular 180-degree views, of Maui's entire south coast, will take your breath away. Every morning you can sit on the lanai and watch the sun come up over Haleakala. It is truly, an indescribable experience.
Being a Corner unit is nothing like the "interior" units that share two common walls. They have only one window in their master, and their second bedroom window opens to a busy walkway or parking lot, allowing strangers to look in.
My Corner Condo has NO NEIGHBORS ON ONE SIDE. It is quieter, more private and has incredible views of the beach from the front corner, master bedroom's wall-to-wall windows in both outside walls. Our second bedroom also has beautiful views of the ocean, the lush tropical grounds, and the pool. Many condos have an upstairs "loft" bedroom that is open to the living space below, or a master that is completely open to the living room and only has a flimsy folding wall or curtain to close it off. These offer almost no privacy and no isolation from the noise of the other guests.
Our bedrooms are “traditional” full size rooms with solid walls and locking doors. In the master is a newer king size "Sleep Numbers" adjustable bed with dual remotes. Each side can be individually set to the desired firmness or softness of each guest. No more “rock hard” mattresses. This guarantees a wonderful nights sleep for both guests.
Two twin beds in the second bedroom can be pushed together to create another king size bed. Both bedrooms have decorator bedding, beautiful décor, new sheets and pillows, beautiful wood window blinds, cooling ceiling fans, large closets, Cable TVs and their own bathrooms.
We are located at the Kanai A Nalu. It is one of only three complexes in Maalaea that is right on the beach. The other seven are on rocky reefs. Almost half have coin $$ operated laundry rooms. Two complexes are right next to the busy Maalaea Harbor, with its traffic, boat engine noise and fumes. One complex doesn't have a pool and some have distant parking lots, forcing you to carry your bags a long ways.
The Kanai A Nalu has been rated as the best vacation property in Maalaea. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with almost no traffic. Free parking is provided just a few feet from my condo.
Being a convenient, ground floor unit, there are no stairs or elevators to deal with. We have our own in-unit washer and dryer and new “remote controlled” air conditioning. There are beautiful tropical grounds, lush green lawns, Gas BBQ's, a pool-side eating area, comfortable chaise lounges, a lovely natural looking, free-form pool with a waterfall (our pool is one of the few heated in winter), and a beachside shower so you can rinse off after your swim.
Beyond our complex, the beach runs parallel to the Kealia National Wildlife Refuge. Because the endangered Hawksbill sea turtles come ashore to lay their eggs here, this is a Government Protected area, no development or building is allowed anywhere along this coastline. It becomes Sugar Beach and runs for almost five miles, all the way to Kihei. Take a morning walk and you may not run into another person. When the tide goes out, explore the tide pools. This is absolutely the most un-crowded beach on Maui. It's like your own private paradise. If you want crowds, you'll need to go to Lahaina, Kihei or Wailea.
This "Absolutely Beach Front" condo in has been remodeled and upgrading. It has remote controlled air conditioning, plush carpeting, designer bedding, towels, wall mirrors, lovely decor pieces, decorator ceiling fans, 3 TVs, 2 Stereo DVD players, high quality nickel plated hardware and faucets, gorgous lamps, soft rugs, dishes, patio furniture, beach chairs, beach towels, children’s games, moves, lovely upholstery, and wood window blinds.
Recently, we added a $2,600.00 "Sleep Numbers" king size bed. We replacing worn, damaged and missing items. We added Wireless and DSL High Speed Internet (free for guests), a newer mattress on the Queen Sleeper sofa, new sheets and pillows, all new towels, new rugs, new children's games (prior ones were gone), sand toys, more movies, 3 boogie boards, new beach towels, an umbrella, two convenient wall-mounted hair dryers, a portable crib for infants and we repainted again. In 2008 we added new kitchen counter tops, a new cook top, a new bamboo bar front, new pillow top mattresses on the twin beds, new ceiling fans, and a safe for valuables. We have worked hard to keep it beautiful and updated for our family and my guests.
Due to the previous owner being in a wheelchair, he altered the condo. The doorways and master shower are wider than normal. Also, the lanai is twice the size of the others. He was given permission to enlarge it, to accommodate his wheelchair, plus have room for tables and chairs. It extends beyond the normal lanais, increasing our views even further. It has two tables and six chairs instead of the normal four. With a larger group, everyone can be together. The condo is wheelchair accessible, and handi-cap parking is just a few feet from the door.
You have a view of the ocean even from the full size kitchen. It has everything, including a large stove, side-by-side fridge with an icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blenders, coffee maker, cookware, utensils, silverware, dishes, detergent, an iron and ironing board, paper towels, dish towels and a washer and dryer.
Also redecorated, the master bath has an over sized (wheelchair accessible), tiled shower with both a wall mounted and a hand held showerhead. The other bathroom has a full size tub, sliding doors and a shower above. They are accented with lovely nickel plated faucets, seashell themed art, plush decorator towels, rugs, and new paint. As of August 2006, each has a new wall-mounted "hotel quality" hair dryer.
