Our Orlando holiday villa is ideally situated in the select development of Sunridge Woods, Davenport. The peaceful location we enjoy makes it the ideal choice for rest and relaxation after a day at the theme parks or exploring the many other attractions Florida has to offer. The Villa will accommodate up to 8 people. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, en suite bathroom and walk in closet, double dresser and additional single dresser. 20î remote control Cable T.V. and DVD Player. The 2nd Bedroom has twin beds, a large built in wardrobe, double dresser and remote control cable T.V. & Playstation 2 The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen Sized bed, a large built in wardrobe, double dresser and remote control cable T.V. There is a shared family bathroom between the 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms. The Living room is comfortably furnished with an Armchair and two sofas one of which folds out into an additional Queen sized bed, should it be required. For your entertainment there is a 32î remote control Digital Cable T.V. and a remote control surround sound system with multi DVD/CD player & radio tuner The kitchen/diner has a table and 5 chairs which can extend to comfortably accommodate 8 people and additional chairs are in the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you would expect in a Floridian home. Large Fridge/Freezer with automatic ice maker; Large Cooker/range; Dishwasher; Microwave; Waste disposal; Cofffee maker; Kettle; Blender; Steamer and Toaster.
